  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large carton Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 boxes instant pudding (can be lemon, chocolate or butterscotch)

Directions

    Melt margarine and combine with flour and sugar.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

    Spread over crust.

    Mix milk with pudding and spread over cream cheese layer.

    Add remaining Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.

    Lasts in refrigerator several days.
