- 10 Chicken drumettes - the first (thickest) joint of a chicken wing
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 Katakuriko
Directions

1Put the chicken drumettes and the ingredients in a plastic bag, and rub the seasoning into the meat.

2Marinate for 1 hour.

3Add Step 1 to a bowl to coat with katakuriko.

4Lift the bowl and swirl the contents so it's evenly coated.

5Shake off the excess katakuriko from the chicken.

6In hot oil heated over high, fry the chicken until golden brown.

7Done.
