  • 2 egg whites, beaten very stiff
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Combine egg whites and vanilla. Add brown sugar; mix well. Fold in pecan halves. Using a fork, remove individual pecans from mixture and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
