  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
  • 1 Eagle Brand milk
  • 12 oz. cool whip
  • 2 frozen Graham cracker pie shells
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 5 or 6 tbsp. butterscotch topping

    Whip cream cheese & milk, fold in cool whip. Divide into 2 frozen Graham cracker pie shells. Toast pecans, coconut & butter at 300° until light brown (stir often). Sprinkle pecans & coconut on top of pies and top with butterscotch topping & freeze. Keep in freezer.
