Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- salt to taste
Directions

1Mix together mustard, flour and salt.

2Pound dry mixture into steak; cover both sides.

3Brown both sides.

4Cover meat with onions, carrots and tomatoes.

5Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, salt and brown sugar over all in long pan.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
