  • 2 c. Stove Top flexible stuffing mix, uncooked
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz homestyle brown gravy
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 4 red or green bell peppers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bell peppers.

    Cut peppers lengthwise and hollow out.

    Fill stuffing mix and place in baking pan or microwave-safe dish.

    Cover and bake at 375° for 50 minutes.

    Remove cover and bake 10 additional minutes.
