  • 2 c. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar brown gravy
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 4 bell peppers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bell peppers and cheese.

    Clean and hollow out bell peppers and stuff with mixture.
  3. 3
    Top with cheese. Place in covered baking dish and bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes.
