- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
Directions

1Slice carrots and cook in lightly salted water until done. Drain and cool.

2Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over carrots and marinate 24 hours.

3Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
