- minced mutton, - 50 grams
- onion, - 1 small
- cardamom powder, a pinch
- ginger-garlic paste, -1 tsp
- salt, - 1/2 tsp
- red chili powder, - 1/2 tsp
- papaya paste, - 1 tsp (raw, helps to tenderize the meat)
- garam masala powder, - 1/2 tsp
- coriander seed, - 1 tsp
- 1 g flour, - 1 tbsp (besan)
- oil, - 1 tsp
Directions

2Boil the minced mutton, in a pressure cooker with salt, raw papaya paste and 1/4 cup of water.

4Transfer the boiled minced meat into a mixer bowl and blend for 1 - 2 minutes, until soft and forms a ball.

6In a wide bowl, add the remaining ingredients to the cooked minced mixture.

8Shape the mixture into round kebabs.

10Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce heat to medium.

12Shallow fry until brown on both the sides.
