- 6 to 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 to 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 oz.) can tuna or deviled ham
- dash of curry powder
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise and put yolks in bowl.

2Mash egg yolks and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

3Mix well.

4Stir in tuna or deviled ham and curry powder.

5Spoon into egg whites.

6Chill and serve.

7Makes 6 to 12 servings.
