- 1 1/2 c. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium raw potato, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except soups.

2Form mixture into walnut sized balls.

3Brown meatballs in skillet in small amount of oil.

4Drain on paper towel and place meatballs in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5In a bowl, combine soups with 1 can of water; pour over meat balls.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Serve with seasoned rice or use as hors d'oeuvres!
