  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    In small bowl, beat eggs slightly at medium speed.

    Beat in corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt until well blended. Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake 55 to 65 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
