Deluxe Pork Chops

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 2 to 3 large potatoes, sliced thin
  • 3 large onions, sliced thin
  • 1 can tomato soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 to 5 cooked carrots
  • 1 can water
  • margarine (as needed)

Directions

    Brown pork chops in electric frypan (325°) on both sides. Wash and slice potatoes and place on top of chops.

    Slice onion and place on top of potatoes and top with cooked carrot slices. Pour tomato soup or mushroom soup over all.

    Add can of water. Turn down temperature of frypan and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. You complete meal is ready when vegetables can be easily pierced with a fork.
