- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. light cream (20%)
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Crunchy Pecan Topping
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Beat eggs, pumpkin, cream, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt until smooth.

3Pour into a six 6 ounce custard cup.

4Place cups in baking pan, 15 x 9 x 2-inch.

5Pour very hot water into pan to within 1/2-inch of the top of the cups. Bake 20 minutes.

6Prepare Crunchy Topping.
