- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Mix egg whites until stiff.

2Set aside. Add egg yolks and butter together.

3Mix well. Add sugar and mix well.

4Gradually add flour alternately with milk. Beat about 4 or 5 minutes.

5Fold stiff egg whites into mixture.

6Put into greased angel food pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

7(Tube pan.)
