- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
