- 1 1/2 cups lentils and grain mix
- 23 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers chopped
- 1 each scallions, spring or green onions sliced
- 23 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

1Put the water in a skillet.

2Toss in everything above except the grains.

3Cook down until the water's almost gone.

4Toss in the grain mix, stir, maybe add a grind or two of fresh pepper, serve.

5Serves two or one really hungry person.
