- 1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine in tablespoon of water.

2Scald milk, then pour dissolved gelatine.

3Add to egg yolks.

4Pour milk mixture over yolks and sugar mixture.

5Beat egg whites dry to stiff and fold into yolk mixture.

6Add whipped cream and stir to keep fluffy. Arrange ladyfingers in bowl and pour mixture into the lined bowl. Cover top with whipped cream.

7Can use Cool Whip.

8Serves approximately 8.
