- 3 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and sugar until they bubble.

2Mix baking powder, flour and nuts.

3Beat egg whites very stiff.

4Mix in nuts.

5Fold in egg white and nut mixture into yolks.

6Pour into Bundt pan.

7Cook in oven at 375° for 15 or 20 minutes.

8Cool.

9Cover with whipped cream.
