  • 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cream together first four ingredients.

    Sift together flour with next four ingredients and combine all with 1 cup milk.

    Drop by tablespoon or teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7 minutes at 400°.

    Fill cookies with Devil Dog Filling and top with confectioners sugar.
