- 1 box or can pickling spice
- 2 heads garlic, peeled
- 5 lb. sugar
- 2 small bottles Tabasco
- 16 oz. tarragon vinegar
Directions

1Slice pickles.

2Layer with ice in ice chest or crock.

3Let set one day.

4Drain.

5Layer pickles, spices, garlic and sugar.

6Pour Tabasco and vinegar over layers.

7Cover and let set for three days, stirring once a day.

8Pack into jars.
