- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. French's mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- MSG to taste
- day old bread slices
Directions

1Mix ground beef with tomatoes or sauce (can use blender or food processor).

2Add other ingredients.

3Better knead mixture by hand for thoroughness.

4Spread mixture 1/4-inch thick on slice of day old bread, making sure the meat entirely covers the bread to its very edges or the bread will burn.

5Cook under broiler and when meat is done, top with narrow slices of cheese which will melt when put back under broiler.

6When meat shows little brown crusty place and cheese melts, serve with sweet pickles, olives, and drink.
