Deviled Bacon

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 6 to 7 slices thick bacon, cut in thirds
  • Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs

Directions

    Batter bacon and dip in bread crumbs; place on broiler pan flat and very close together (in rows).

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Take out of oven and place in foil pan or freezer tight container on paper towels stacked sideways to fill container. Freezes well.

    Reheat oven to 350° and remove bacon from freezer; let thaw 30 minutes and then bake for 20 minutes and serve.
