Deviled Corn Custard

- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 (2 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Beat egg yolks; mix in milk.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Add butter and allow to melt. Add corn, ham, mustard and seasonings.

5Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

6Fold into corn mixture.

7Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole one hour or until firm.

8Serves 6.
