Ingredients
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 or 3 stems celery
- 1 stick oleo (I use 1/2 stick)
- 1 or 1 1/2 c. crabmeat
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix or bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (sometimes I put French dressing instead)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in oleo, then mix with the rest of the ingredients.

2If mixture is a little dry, add milk or water to desired consistency and fill shells.

3Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, until brown.
