Deviled Crab

Ingredients

  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 or 3 stems celery
  • 1 stick oleo (I use 1/2 stick)
  • 1 or 1 1/2 c. crabmeat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix or bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (sometimes I put French dressing instead)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in oleo, then mix with the rest of the ingredients.

    If mixture is a little dry, add milk or water to desired consistency and fill shells.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, until brown.
