Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine flour, onion, red pepper, horseradish and salt; stir in 1/4 cup butter in saucepan.

2Cook until bubbly, then remove from heat.

3Add milk and cook until thickens; stir constantly. Add hot sauce a little at a time to egg yolks, stirring briskly. Combine egg mixture with remaining sauce.

4Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring.

5Remove from heat; add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and crab meat.

6Mix well.

7Serve in clean crab shells or custard cups.
