- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. green onion tops, chopped
- 2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- diced whites of 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Make white sauce in double boiler with first 4 ingredients; add celery and onion.

2Gently fold in crab meat, bread crumbs and hard-boiled egg whites.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Pour into greased casserole; top with buttered crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 375°.
