Deviled Crab Meat Casserole

- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 lb. crab meat (lump or backfin)
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Combine milk and soft bread crumbs.

2Gently stir in crab meat and finely sliced whites of hard-boiled eggs.

3Mash the egg yolks, along with salt, dry mustard, red pepper and melted butter.

4Pour into buttered baking dish.

5Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 425° oven for 30 minutes.
