  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
  • cracker meal

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients, except cracker meal, together. Pack mixture well into cleaned crab shells. Sprinkle with cracker meal. Place in baking pan and bake about 30 minutes. This is also a good stuffing for shrimp or fish. Yield: 8 deviled crabs.
