Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
  • 3/4 c. corn bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. white bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • dash of Tabasco

Directions

    Combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, onion, pepper and celery in a large bowl.

    Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth. Mix with crab.

    Pack into a shallow baking dish or crab shells. Bake at 350° until hot, about 30 minutes.
