- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 3/4 c. corn bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. white bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 bell pepper, chopped finely
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, onion, pepper and celery in a large bowl.

2Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth. Mix with crab.

3Pack into a shallow baking dish or crab shells. Bake at 350° until hot, about 30 minutes.
