- 8 hard crabs, boiled
- 4 slices bread, crumbled
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- evaporated milk (to moisten)
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 slices toasted and buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Remove crab meat from shells; wash shells carefully.

2Combine crab meat, bread, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Moisten with milk, into which a dash of Tabasco sauce has been stirred; mixture should be rather soft.

3Pack loosely into crab shells; top with buttered crumbs.

4Bake in moderate oven until delicately browned.

5Yield: 4 servings.
