  • 2 c. finely chopped crabmeat
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine crabmeat, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Fill aluminum or natural crab shells with crabmeat mixture; top with butter and remaining cracker crumbs. Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown.
