- 1 1/2 c. milk
- soft white bread crumbs
- 1 lb. white crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Heat milk and stir in enough soft white bread crumbs to make a fairly thick sauce.

2Add 1/2 stick butter, salt and pepper to taste and lemon juice.

3Add crab meat.

4Melt 1/2 stick of butter and stir in dry crumbs.

5Fill shells with crab mixture and sprinkle with buttered crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
