  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 48 woven rye crackers
  • 12 large cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 wedges

Directions

    Mix eggs, celery, peppers, mayo and mustard until blended.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Top each cracker with 1 tsp.
