- water
- pinch of salt
- eggs
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 Tbsp. mustard
- dash or two of Texas Pete
- vinegar and salt to taste
- 1/2 green olive and paprika (garnish)
Directions

1Have water come to a boil.

2Put salt in water.

3This prevents eggs going into your water if shell is cracked.

4Put lid over pot with eggs.

5Cut stove to low heat.

6Let eggs cook for 10 minutes. Eggs will be ready for deviling.

7Shell eggs.

8Mash yellow and add the following:

9mayonnaise, mustard and Texas Pete.

10Add vinegar and salt.

11Garnish with green olive and paprika.
