Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • water
  • pinch of salt
  • eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 Tbsp. mustard
  • dash or two of Texas Pete
  • vinegar and salt to taste
  • 1/2 green olive and paprika (garnish)

Directions

    Have water come to a boil.

    Put salt in water.
  3. 3
    This prevents eggs going into your water if shell is cracked.

    Put lid over pot with eggs.

    Cut stove to low heat.

    Let eggs cook for 10 minutes. Eggs will be ready for deviling.

    Shell eggs.

    Mash yellow and add the following:

    mayonnaise, mustard and Texas Pete.

    Add vinegar and salt.

    Garnish with green olive and paprika.
