- 12 eggs
- 1/2 c. Durkee Dressing
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- a dash of paprika for each egg half
Directions

1Place eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water, at least one inch above eggs and rapidly bring to a boil

2Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.

3Don't over cook.

4Cool at once in cold running water.

5Peel the eggs under the cold running water.

6This helps the peeling.

7After the eggs are peeled, cut in half and place yellows in mixing bowl and whites on an egg platter.
