Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Place the eggs in pan and cover with lukewarm water.

2Heat rapidly to boiling point, then boil about 8 minutes.

3Remove the pan from heat, cool eggs in cold running water.

4Peel the eggs carefully and cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove the yolks.

5Place egg yolks and other ingredients in bowl.

6Mix with fork until well blended.

7Spoon some of the egg yolk mixture back into each white half.

8Sprinkle the top lightly with paprika.

9Chill in refrigerator before serving.

10Makes 6 servings.
