- 12 eggs
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Boil eggs by placing in cold water in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil over medium heat.

3Cover with a tight fitting lid; let stand 15 minutes.

4Turn heat off.

5Cool eggs by running cool water over them.

6Peel eggs.

7Slice in halves lengthwise.

8Remove yolks from each egg.

9Place the yolks in a bowl and mash.

10Add the other ingredients.
-
11Mix, making sure it is not lumpy.

12Spoon mixture into the whites of the eggs.

13Place in refrigerator to chill.
