- 1 doz. large eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 small sweet pickle
- 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
- salt and pepper
- paprika (garnish)
- crumbled bacon or olives (optional)
Directions

1Hard-boil eggs and rinse with very cold water.

2Peel eggs and slice in half, reserving yolks in processor bowl.

3With steel knife process yolks until fluffy with no lumps.

4Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

5Add more mayonnaise if needed.

6Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and garnish with crumbled bacon or olives.
