  • 6 large hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. mustard

    Cool eggs.

    Remove shells and cut into lengthwise halves. Remove yolks; mash with mayonnaise and remaining ingredients. Re-fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
