- 6 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- dash of white pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- dash of monosodium glutamate
- dash of paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Arrange eggs in medium saucepan.

2Add cold water to cover 1-inch above eggs.

3Bring to boil.

4Cover; remove from heat. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.

5Plunge eggs into cold water immediately; crack and remove shells.

6Cut cooled eggs in half lengthwise.

7Carefully remove yolks into small mixing bowl.

8Mash yolks with remaining ingredients; season to taste.

9Pile mixture back into egg halves.

10Sprinkle with paprika.
