- 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. pickle juice
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of celery salt
- dash of artificial sweetener
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks.

2Place yolks in a bowl; mash with a fork until smooth.

3Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and pickle juice.

4Add garlic, celery, sweetener and salt and pepper to taste.

5Mixture should be smooth.

6If too dry, add pickle juice, vinegar and mayonnaise until texture and taste are just right. fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

7Garnish with paprika or parsley.
