- eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. mustard
- paprika
Directions

1Put eggs in pan, boil gently for 15 minutes.

2Run under cold running water to let them cool down.

3Peel the shells, cut eggs in half.

4Remove yolks and mash until fine.

5Add a pinch of salt and pepper, vinegar and mustard.

6Mix all together until well blended. Refill egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.

7Refrigerate until ready to serve.
