  • 6 eggs, hard-cooked
  • 1/3 c. salad dressing (Griffins or Miracle Whip is good)
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 c. dill pickles, minced
  • 1/8 c. onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • paprika

Directions

    Cut hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove egg yolks; set egg white halves aside.
  3. 3
    In a small bowl, use a fork to mash egg yolks.

    Stir in salad dressing, mustard, pickles, onion and thyme.

    Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves. Sprinkle tops of eggs with paprika.

    Makes 12 appetizer servings.
