- 1 doz. eggs, boiled
- Grey Poupon mustard (I prefer Country Dijon)
- salad pickles
- mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (I prefer Miracle Whip)
Directions

1Cut boiled eggs in halves (each).

2Put yellow in bowl separately.

3Arrange on pretty tray.

4Break up yellow with fork. Add salad pickles, about 1 tablespoon of mustard and enough Miracle Whip to reach a creamy fluffy consistency.

5Generously fill whites.

6Any leftover yellow mixture makes a great sandwich (smile).
