- 12 hard-cooked eggs, cooled
- 1 tsp. dry or 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. margarine, salad dressing or dairy sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- paprika or chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Remove shells from eggs and halve eggs lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and place in small bowl.

3Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix until fluffy.

4Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves.

5Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.

6Yields 12 servings.
