- eggs
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. sandwich spread
- 1 or 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. pickle relish
- bacon bits (as desired)
Directions

1Boil eggs (1 dozen) until ready.

2Peel eggs; cut each egg in half, the long way.

3Remove egg yellow and put in a bowl.

4Put all egg whites on a tray or plate.

5Add sandwich spread, mustard and pickle relish together.

6Mix until creamy.
-
7May need to add more sandwich spread if too stiff.

8When all ingredients are mixed well, then dip mixture with spoon using another spoon to push mixture off into the egg white.

9Add bacon bits just before serving.
