- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. pickle relish (optional)
- 4 dashes of hot pepper sauce (optional)
- fresh chopped parsley (optional)
- paprika
Directions

1For 8 halves, bring 4 eggs to a boil starting with cold water. Cover, remove from heat.

2Let stand 12 minutes; drain and peel. Cut in half lengthwise.

3Mix together mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper and egg yolks.

4Spread mixture on each half egg whites.
