- Mayonnaise
- Pickle relish
- Mustard
- Onion salt
- Pepper
- Paprika

1Boil and cold as many Large eggs as you will need for people to be served.

2When cold, peel and cut in half and remove yolk.

3Mash yolks, and add in sufficient mayonnaise to moisten.

4Add in a little liquid removed pickle relish and yellow mustard.

5Use onion, salt to taste, also small amount of white or possibly black pepper.

6Stuff hollowed out Large eggs.

7Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.

8sprinkle with paprika.
