Deviled Eggs with Curry

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • Nicois olives (optional)

    Scoop yolks into medium bowl.

    Mash yolks with fork.
